At Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. ("Panda") you are able to request access to and obtain information about the personal information Panda collects about you, to request Panda to delete the personal information Panda collects from you, and to opt out from the sale or sharing of personal information about you. These rights are subject to certain limitations and exclusions under applicable law.

Please complete this Privacy Request Form to submit your request. We may be unable to complete your request, if the information you provide does not match the information we have. The personal information submitted in connection with this request will be used for the purpose of processing your request. If you have multiple requests, you must submit a separate form for each request.

If you are acting as an authorized agent on behalf of another Panda Guest/Customer, Current Associate, Former Associate or Job Applicant you must provide written proof of your ability to act on another's behalf. All business entities must also submit documentation the business is registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in California. We will contact the individual directly to verify the request, and then notify the individual when the request is complete.

You may also unsubscribe to any marketing messages Panda sends to you by following the opt-out instructions in each email, text or notification.
